Refresh Your Novi Bathroom With a Walk-In Shower Upgrade

Many Novi bathrooms still have bathing areas that were designed around older routines and layouts. With walk-in shower installation services in Novi, MI, Marathon Bath Systems helps homeowners update that space with a shower that feels easier to enter, simpler to use, and better organized for everyday needs. Each project starts with a close look at the existing bathing area, including its dimensions, plumbing points, drainage, and surrounding finishes. Based on those conditions, we build a practical shower plan that fits the room instead of forcing the room to fit the shower.

Create a Better Bathing Setup for Everyday Use

Design a Walk-In Shower That Fits Your Novi Bathroom

A shower should feel comfortable from the moment you step inside. For many Novi homeowners, older bathing spaces have narrow entrances, awkward fixture placement, or layouts that no longer support daily needs. Our walk-in shower installation begins with an evaluation of the existing space.

We look at floor dimensions, drainage, plumbing access, surrounding walls, and movement through the bathroom before planning the new setup. Marathon Bath Systems then helps homeowners choose a shower base, wall system, fixtures, storage, and accessibility features that work together as one practical design.

Walk-In Shower Planning for Novi Homes

Small Design Decisions Can Make a Big Difference

The comfort of a shower depends on more than its appearance. Entry height, control placement, showerhead position, storage, and available standing space all affect how the shower performs every day. During Novi projects, our team measures these details before installation begins. The shower area is prepared carefully, the base is positioned correctly, wall systems are fitted, and fixtures are installed according to the planned layout. This process helps create an accessible shower installation in Novi that feels organized, comfortable, and appropriate for the available bathroom space.

Low-Entry Shower Bases for Easier Access

A lower threshold can reduce the effort required to step into the bathing area. We consider entry height and available floor space when selecting the right shower-base configuration.

Fixture Placement Based on Daily Use

Shower controls, handheld fixtures, and storage should be easy to reach. Their position is planned around the shower layout rather than added as an afterthought.

Wall Systems Built for Practical Maintenance

Durable shower walls can help simplify everyday cleaning while creating a finished appearance. We help homeowners choose materials that suit the design and regular bathroom use.

Optional Accessibility Features

Grab bars, seating, handheld showerheads, and other features can be added when they support the homeowner’s needs. These options are integrated into the overall shower plan.

Comfortable Shower Solutions for Novi Residents

Upgrade the Shower Experience in Your Novi Home

A walk-in shower should feel convenient from the first step in to the last rinse. With a modern walk-in shower in Allen Park, MI, homeowners can improve access, create a cleaner bathing area, and choose features that better match their daily routine. Marathon Bath Systems evaluates how the current space is used before recommending the new setup.

Shower entry, fixture reach, storage, wall coverage, and available standing room are considered together so the finished layout feels practical rather than crowded. Homeowners planning a bigger change can also explore our Tub to Walk-In Shower Conversion service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From start to end, all of the workers did an outstanding job. The job entailed removing everything down to the studs in our upper level bathroom, due to the presence of mold.

The workers laid down cloths in all areas from the garage, where their tools, supplies & bathroom fixtures, etc were to the bathroom, ensuring no damage to any part of the house.

The installer did an exceptionally professional job & was meticulous in preparing the room, equipment, fixtures, etc. Although we purchased some fixtures ourselves, the installer informed us why some were of inferior quality & suggested alternatives, which were often less expensive.

We have two more bathrooms to be remodeled next year that we will no doubt be using marathon Bath Systems again.

To summarize, Outstanding.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our shower replaced through Marathon Bath Systems 3 days ago. They were wonderful! 1st, they were NOT high pressure playing the the game some other company plays like Jacuzzi Bath, Bath R Us and Premier Home Pros, gives a price as high like $19,038.00 then haggle between the sales rep, and their management to get the price down to $14k to $13k. And these companies will charge you extra for the shower head, or the seat or pull bar. Marathon has these items (not the seat package) included in their package of $7995! This a 💯 percent REAL PRICE! We got the seat package which came with the niche (not offered by the other companies) a long pull bar, two corner pull bars and the middle pull bar. Because Marathon's price was so much better we were able to afford the Glass door (we did not get the two corner pull bars/shelves because we have a small shower it looked to busy for us.) Marathon also had more options to choose from. They came on time. They did an EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT JOB! They were so caring about every detail. We highly recommend Marathon bath systems! You not be disappointed!
